Once an order is processed, packed, or dispatched for delivery, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

• For prepaid orders, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the order will simply be cancelled.

2. No Return Policy

We maintain a strict No Return Policy for all physical books after successful delivery.

As devotional books are printed products, we do not accept returns once the item has been delivered.

3. Replacement Policy (Damaged or Wrong Product)

We offer replacement only under the following circumstances:

• A damaged product is received
• A wrong product is delivered

To request a replacement:

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Clear photos of the product received
• Images showing damage (if applicable)

Replacement requests will be reviewed and verified by our support team.

Once approved, a replacement will be arranged at no additional cost.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in the following situations:

If an order is cancelled before shipment and payment has already been completed, a refund will be processed.

B. Product Unavailability

If a product becomes unavailable after payment, the paid amount will be refunded.

C. Approved Replacement Exception

In rare situations where replacement is not possible for a damaged or wrong product, a refund may be provided at the sole discretion of Karu Muthal Thiru Varai.
